JetBlue is launching a new flight connecting Boston (BOS) and Paris (CDG). The new JetBlue flight between Boston and Paris follows the successful launch of service connecting New York City (JFK) and Paris (CDG) last summer. This will be the 5th JetBlue route to Europe from Boston, joining London (LHR and LGW), Amsterdam (AMS), and Dublin (DUB).

JetBlue Boston To Paris Route

Starting April 3rd, 2024, JetBlue will operate a daily non-stop flight between Boston (BOS) and Paris (CDG). “The response to our New York-Paris flight has been overwhelming and we’ve been looking forward to adding a daily flight from Boston as well,” said Dave Clark, head of revenue and planning, JetBlue. “Boston customers have not had a lot of choices when flying to Paris, so we are more than happy to step in with affordable fares and an incredible onboard experience to shake things up and finally bring some real competition into this market.”

Summer Schedule

  • B633 Boston (BOS) – Paris (CDG), departing 20:00 and arriving 09:15 (next day) – 7hr 15min flight time
  • B634 Paris (CDG) – Boston (BOS), departing 11:15 and arriving 13:02 – 8hr 47 min flight time

JetBlue will operate its Airbus A321 Long Range (LR) aircraft on this route in a two class configuration: 24 Mint Business Class suites and 114 Economy Class seats. The Mint Business Class suites have a 1-1 configuration and feature lie-flat seats and premium perks, while the sleek and spacious Economy Class has a 3-3 configuration.

Note: Unlike most transatlantic flights, the JetBlue Airbus A321 Long Range (LR) is a single aisle aircraft.

Final Thoughts

JetBlue joins La Compagne (a boutique, all Business Class airline) in offering service between the East Coast and Paris in a single aisle aircraft. The A321LR offers the range of a wide-body, but with the economics of a single-aisle aircraft, allowing JetBlue to effectively disrupt the transatlantic market with a 1-2 punch of award winning service and low fares. Despite going head to hear with larger airlines (i.e. Air France, Delta, etc), JetBlue continues to expand service connecting the East Coast with major European hubs (i.e. London, Paris, Amsterdam, etc.).
