Final Thoughts

As an entry-level credit card, the Wells Fargo Autograph Journey competes with the “fan favorite” Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card, innovative Bilt Mastercard®, underrated Citi Premier® Card, and the dependable Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card. With that said, the Autograph Journey stacks up nicely in a head-to-head comparisons, and even comes out ahead of most for benefits and earning potential. However, the major gap in the Wells Fargo package is the transfer partners. The transfer partners Wells Fargo adds in the next one-to-two years will determine if the Autograph Journey is just a good card or a great card.
